Jiffy Hose

Packer Jiffy hose are oil resistant, for use with air tools, water, mild chemicals, and various petroleum products.
 

• Series 7212 Jiffy hoses feature a special braid angle for quick and secure coupling retention. Offered in black, blue, gray, green and red. Sizes are 1/4" to 3/4"

LPG (PROPANE)

Parker LPG hose provides a wide range of hoses for transfer of LPG liquid or vapor.

• Series 7132 Fabric Reinforced Hose is used for liquid and vapor transfer. Sizes are 3/16" to 1".
• Series 7232 Fabric Reinforced Rugged Hose is used for production and delivery applications.Sizes are 1 1/4" to 2".
• Series 7231 Stainless Steel Reinforced Hose is used for connections in bulk plants or trucks. Sizes are 3/4" to 2".
• Series 7233 Rubber Cover Stainless Steel Reinforced Hose is developed for strong, corrosion resistance. Size is 5/16".
• Series 7243 Textile Cover Stainless Steel Reinforced Hose is developed for strong corrosion  resistance. Sizes are 1/4" to 1/2".
• Series 7170 LP Gas Hose is for use with flexible hose connectors. Sizes are 1/4" to 3/8".
• Series 7122 LP Vapor Transfer Hose is light duty and low pressure. Size is 3/8".

PETROLEUM TRANSFER

Parker petroleum transfer hoses offer a range of flexibility for suction and discharge, in sizes through 8". Hoses are offered in red and black and are available with the Parker Safe Hose crimp coupling program.

• Series 7222 Gold Label" (black) and Series 7223 Gold Label (red) Hoses are lightweight and extremely flexible for suction and discharge. Sizes are 1 1/4" to 4".
• Series 7216 Translite" (black) and Series 7217 Translite (red) Hoses are lightweight and  flexible for full suction and discharge  pressure.Sizes are l"to8".
• Series 7224 Fuel Discharge (red) and Series 7225 Fuel Discharge (black) Hoses are flexible and designed for medium duty discharge only.Sizes are 1 1/4" to 4".
• Series 7290 Hot Tar & Asphalt Hose was designed for bulk transfer of hot petroleum products and hot wax. Sizes are 1" to 4".

FOOD HANDLING

Parker food handling hose products include washdown hose, food discharge, and food suction and discharge products.

• Series 7079 ECW™ Economy Washdown Hose is lightweight with a 300 psi working pressure. Size is 3/4".
• Series 7080 HDW™ Creamery Washdown Hose is heavy-duty for hot water and steam. Size is 3/4".
• Series 7360 Wildcatter" Hose is a rugged and flexible washdown hose with optional built-in nozzles. Sizes are 1/2" to 2".
• Series 7143 High Pressure Washdown Hose is a fabric-reinforced poultry hose offered in 1000 and 1500 psi working pressures. Sizes are 1/4" to 3/8".
• Series 7247 Blue Ribbon" Pressure Washer Hose is a washdown hose featuring one wire braid, abrasion resistance and a 1500 psi working pressure. Sizes are 1/4" to 1/2".
• Series 7304 NBR Discharge Hose is a FDA-approved food handling hose with a white NBR tube, gray EPDM cover. Sizes are 1 1/2" to 4".
• Series 7305 Butyl Suction & Discharge Hose is a FDA-approved food handling hose with a white butyl tube, gray EPDM cover. Sizes are 2" to 4".
• Series 7310 NBR Suction & Discharge Hose is a FDA-approved food handling hose with a white NBR tube, a gray EPDM cover. Sizes are 1 1/2" to 4".

MATERIAL HANDLING

Parker material handling hose products were designed to effectively work with the most extreme applications and conditions, including cement, plaster, concrete, sandblast and rock dust.

• Series 7218 Driline" Cement Hose is available in 1/8", 3/16", 1/4" tube thicknesses, is static conductive and has a 60 psi working pressure.Sizes are 3" to 6 5/8".
• Series 7236 Plaster and Concrete Hose is static conductive and has a 800 psi working pressure. Sizes are 1 1/4" to 2".
• Series 7363 Super-Flex™ Hose is a material suction hose featuring a 3/16" tube. Hose is static conductive and is rated for full suction. Sizes are 2" to 6".
• Series 7393 Rock Dust Hose is a lightweight and flexible hose that is static conductive, rated for full suction and has a 50-90 psi working pressure. Sizes are 1 1/2" to 3".
• Series 7244 and 7245 Sandblast Hoses are 4-ply and 2-ply hoses designed for sandblasting and for abrasive materials transferred at high velocity. A conductive tube eliminates the need for a static wire. Sizes are 1/2" to 3".
• Series 7570, 7560 and 7561 PVC Material Transfer Hoses are economical, lightweight and flexible. Sizes up to 8".

Parker petroleum dispensing products meet the needs of the ever-changing marketplace with both standard curb pump and vapor recovery hoses.

• Series 7124 Super-Flex" 2000 Hose is a premium standard curb pump hose appropriate where a wire braid Hardwall is required.  Sizes are 5/8" to 1".
• Series 7114 Soft-Flex 2000 Hose is an economical standard curb pump hose appropriate when a Hardwall is not required. Sizes are 5/8" to 1".
• Series 7280 Flex-Ever™ 2000 Hose is a premium standard curb pump hose where a true Hardwall is required. Sizes are 5/8" to 1".
• Series 7574 Petroflex™ 2000 Hose System is utilized for balanced vapor recovery systems.

• Series 7094 MPT"II Multipurpose Hose is oil resistant and non-conductive. Sizes are 3/16" to 1 1/2".
• Series 7257 Day-Flo" Standard-Duty Water Suction Hose. Sizes are 1 1/4" to 4 ".
• Series 7306 Day-Flo" Standard-Duty Water Discharge Hose. Sizes are 1 1/2" to 12".
• Series 7107 Grizzly™ Premium, Heavy-Duty Hose is oil resistant and non-conductive. Sizes are 1/4" to 1".

WELDING

Parker welding hose products were specifically designed to meet customer and industry requirements, including Grade R, Grade RM, Grade T, Single and Twin Line, Scarfing and Oxygen Charging.

• Series 7109 Siameez" Twin Welding Hose is a Grade T hose for use with oxygen and most  current fuel gases. Sizes are 3/16" to 3/8".
• Series 7126 Siameez Twin Welding Hose is a Grade R hose for use with oxygen and acetylene gas only. Sizes are 3/16" to 3/8".
• Series 7110 Siameez Twin Welding Hose is a Grade RM hose that is oil and flame resistant. Sizes are 3/16" to 3/8".
• Series 7120 (red) and Series 7121 (green) are Single Line Welding Grade R Hoses for welding and cutting operations with oxygen and acetylene gas only. Sizes are 3/16" to 1/2".
• Series 7141 (red) and Series 7142 (green) are Grade T Single Line Welding Hoses for use with oxygen and most current fuel gases. Sizes are 3/16" to 1/2".

STEAM

Parker steam hoses were the first to feature crimped connectors and were uniquely designed for a leak proof connection. Steam and pressure washer products include Steam-Lance", Dragon Breath", Butyl Steam, MPW-muIti purpose hose and pressure washer hose.

• Series 7263 Steam-Lance (black) and Series 7264 Steam-Lance (red) Hoses feature EPDM tube and cover, two wire braids and 250 psi working pressure. Sizes are 1/2" to 2".
• Series 7286 Dragon Breath (black) and Series 7287 Dragon Breath (red) Hoses are premium products featuring a butyl tube and cover, two wire braids, and 250 psi working pressure. Sizes are 1/2" to 2".
• Series 7288 Dragon Breath (red) and Series 7289 Dragon Breath (black) Hose feature an EPDM tube and oil resistant cover, two wire braids, and 250 psi working pressure. Sizes are 1/2" to 2".
• Series 7250 Steam-Lance Hose features a NRB tube and neoprene cover, one wire braid, 150 psi working pressure with steam and 1000 psi  working pressure with water. Sizes are 3/8" to 1".
• Series 7204 Hose is a NBR tube and black neoprene cover with one wire braid, a 150 psi working pressure with steam, 1000 psi working pressure with water and multiple uses including hot tar and glue. Sizes are 3/8" to 1".

Anhydrous Ammonia

Parker offers hoses appropriate for conveying anhydrous ammonia. These hoses are 100% pressure tested and are available with crimp couplings.

• Series 7261 is a stainless-reinforced hose. Sizes are 1" to 2".
• Series 7262 is a nylon-reinforced hose. Sizes are 1/2" to 2M.

Chemical Transfer

Parker chemical transfer hose products provide a wide range of products for suction and discharge of chemicals in production or transport applications. Products include XLPE lined hose and UHMWPE lined hose operating at temperatures up to 250°. Sizes 1" to 3" are available with the Parker Safe Hose crimp coupling program.

• Series 7274 Poly-Chem" (corrugated) and Series 7276 Poly-Chem (smooth) hose operates at temperatures up to 160° and is appropriate for 96% of industrial chemicals. Sizes up to 6".
• Series 7373 Blue Thunder™ UHMW lined hose operates at temperatures up to 250° and is
  appropriate for 98% of industrial chemicals. Sizes up to 4".
